Staying at the Posada in Pesaguero-La Parte was truly a delight. The beautiful, rural location offered stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. My spacious room had a cozy balcony where I enjoyed the tranquil sounds of nature, especially the birds singing at dawn and dusk. The hosts, Oscar and Carmen, were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, which made a huge difference for someone with limited Spanish skills. I was pleasantly surprised by the dinner offerings. each meal was delicious, particularly the wood-fired grilled T-bone steak, which I savored twice during my visit. The quality of the ingredients stood out, and I appreciated the excellent local wine selection. One downside was the covered bike storage, which, while secure, lacked ventilation, leading to a somewhat musty smell upon entry. the breakfast options were limited, and I missed having a better coffee selection. Despite the remote location necessitating a drive for nearby activities, I found the tranquility invigorating. a fantastic stay with beautiful surroundings and exceptional food, just a few areas needing minor adjustments.
